Biography
Ocean received his MA and PhD in Classical Chinese Philology from Fudan University, and obtained a PGDE with merit at Hong Kong Baptist University. His research interests include the art of war, editions and bibliography of ancient books, ancient Chinese texts and Chinese language education. Prior to joining the Independent Learning Centre of CUHK, Ocean worked as a subject officer at the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority. He also has teaching and course development experience in Chinese and Putonghua at tertiary level.
