Workshop Description

“Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the ability to identify, understand and manage moods and feelings in both ourselves and others.” It is comprised of a range of capabilities, competencies and skills that influence our ability to succeed in coping with the demands and pressures of daily life.

This workshop is designed to give participants an opportunity to uncover and develop their Emotional Intelligence (EQ) skills and capabilities in a dynamic, interactive and fun way. The workshop methodology includes facilitation, training, small group interactions and peer-to-peer feedback and observation.

The objective is to provide a unique learning experience for students at CUHK and give them a chance to learn the emotional competencies that - as Daniel Goleman states- “distinguish star performances.”
