Speaker's Bio |
Dr. Paula Hodgson has been working in higher education for over fifteen years. One of the key milestones in her career was to manage the University Grants Committee (UGC) funded projects both institution-wide, and joint-institutions projects in universities in Hong Kong. The successful model for how to manage projects with a team of specialists and multiple stakeholders was published in both local and international conferences. |

Are you currently planning or working on a large project? Do you want to learn how to manage it effectively and efficiently?
This interactive workshop will provide you with the essentials of how to plan, monitor and evaluate projects. Whether you are working on projects in the university or in the workplace, this workshop will showcase a successful model of how to manage a project with a team of specialists.
Participants will be encouraged to consider how they can apply the concepts introduced during the workshops to their own projects (individual or group) during the workshop. |
