John is the founder of Websume™, a platform for job seekers to land a job with the right skills and tools. He has over 35-year headhunting and experience with multinational corporations in the Asia Pacific region. John is a career advisor, certified management consultant and professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management. He currently teaches job hunting and talent sourcing subjects at various universities in Hong Kong.

Description A winning resume should be well-written and represent yourself. But very often, your resume does the opposite and reveals your weakness.
Visual content such as images, videos, or sound can get your messages across much faster with a more significant impact in the digital age.
