Feng Shui
Feng shui is primarily employed to situate buildings on spots with good “Qi” in order to bring good luck to the user or his family.
“Qi” is a moveable positive or negative life force, and can be thought of as a similar to “energy” in concept.
It is believed that the interaction of the building site and “Qi” affect the surrounding microclimates, vegetation and people’s health.
Another famous aspect of feng shui is the theory of Yin-Yang.
The goal of feng shui is to align a city, site or building with yin-yang force fields.
